No. Anyone with an Oraclip account can buy a one-time credit pack, here, in Settings → Credits, or when a chat runs out of credits. A subscription is the better rate if you create regularly.
Pack credits are valid for 1 year from purchase. Credits that expire soonest are spent first, so if you also have a plan, its credits are normally used before pack credits.
Each render costs credits based on model and clip length. The composer shows an estimated credit cost before you send. If generation fails, credits are refunded automatically.
