Prepare your family photoUse one numbered slot per person or pet, with an optional second angle. Up to eight people and three pets, within ten reference photos total. Add a short label to tell everyone apart.
Local checks flag tiny faces, low resolution, blur and darkness before generating. Blocked uploads cost no credits. Review warnings and confirm people and pet counts; detection can be unavailable.
Eligible verified sign-ups get ten credits for one watermarked 1K photo. Paid 2K photos have no added watermark and cost ten credits each. Review the total and balance beside the generate button.
Compare each face with its reference. Download a single photo, ready batch ZIP or 4Γ6/5Γ7 print layout. You can also prepare a Christmas card.
Choose a clear, recent photo. Aim for faces at least 200 pixels tall; very small faces cannot provide enough detail.
Honest about AI
AI redraws the picture. Facial details, age, hands and pet markings can change, even with clear references. Different lighting, old photos, tiny faces and larger groups make comparison especially important. Check each person before sharing, and identify the result as AI-generated. No scene or prompt guarantees an exact likeness.
Review photo checks and choose clearer references where needed. No generation charge is made for a blocked upload.
Compare the original and result side by side. If local detection is available, use the face crops as a viewing aid; detection is not an identity match or a guarantee that every person is correct.
If someone does not look right, select that person and replace their reference photo or add a second angle. A successful paid job can claim one free redo, with a maximum of three claims per account per UTC day. The sign-up gift is not eligible.
Review a different reference or contact support with the task number and feedback. There is no unlimited free-redo promise. Likeness dissatisfaction is separate from a technical payment problem.
For a timeout, provider error or missing image, the system retries once with the same provider. If it still fails, the reserved credits are released. Check the actual amount in your credit history; failed photos in a batch settle separately.
Use the task link or My photos to recover progress. Matching repeat submissions return the existing task rather than reserving another set of credits. Avoid starting a different job while you are trying to recover the current one.
A safety-blocked task returns its reserved credits and is not retried with another provider. Only upload photos you have permission to use, including permission from a parent or guardian for children.
Private reference photos expire after 24 hours. Access is denied after expiry and scheduled cleanup removes stored copies.
Private results expire after 30 days. Download the photos you want to keep before that date.
Delete a reference, a job or your account from the available account controls. Deleting a job also removes access to its result; references still needed by another active job remain protected until their own deletion or expiry.
Generation sends reference photos to the AI provider. Provider copies follow that providerβs retention terms. Local face detection does not create or store identity embeddings. Read the privacy policy before uploading. Photo privacy policy
No. Selecting a template and preparing photos are separate from generating. Check the references, counts, permission and displayed cost, then press the generate button.
No. For an eligible paid job, replace the selected personβs reference or add another angle. Each paid job has one claim and the account limit is three per UTC day. A new result is not guaranteed to look more similar.
No. The 4Γ6 and 5Γ7 layouts preserve the complete image and show its actual print density. They do not add AI upscaling, remove a watermark or order a physical print.
