How refunds, cancellations and billing errors are handled for VibePico (vibepico.com) subscriptions and credit top-ups.
Last updated: 2026-10-28Technical failures release the affected reservation. A paid task can receive one replacement-photo redo; cash refund requests are handled separately.
These rules apply to current VibePico family-photo tasks and purchases. A technical failure, timeout, missing image or failed headcount check uses the task’s single system retry where appropriate; safety blocks are not retried. A final failure releases that photo’s reservation. The credit history shows the actual returned amount and reason; a zero-credit free redo does not create a wallet refund. This is a credit release, not a cash refund.
For a paid result that does not look right, replace the reference photo before requesting the one free redo available for that paid task, with a maximum of three per account per UTC day. Signup previews are excluded. A redo does not promise a closer likeness.
Ordinary cash refund requests for current family-photo purchases concern technical billing or service issues: missing purchased credits, duplicate charges, renewal charges after effective cancellation, or credits unusable because of our error. Dissatisfaction alone, unused credits and mid-term cancellation do not qualify for a discretionary cash refund. Contact support with the order and task numbers; the request window below applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or any more favorable regional terms. Approved Stripe refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. See Stripe’s refund process.
Current family-photo credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase; packs bought earlier keep the terms shown when they were bought. Other and legacy products retain their purchase terms. The general and regional sections below continue to apply to those products and to mandatory consumer rights.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of VibePico at https://vibepico.com: monthly and yearly subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups. It forms part of our Terms of Service. VibePico is operated by Xhorizon Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("VibePico", "we", "us" or "our"). VibePico is a digital service, and credits are delivered to your account as soon as a payment succeeds.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and the credits already granted stay available until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Because credits can be used immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. We still review every request individually and will usually approve one when:
One-time credit packs can be bought with or without a subscription and are valid for 365 days from purchase; the same review rules above apply to them.
Credits that have already been used to generate images or videos are not refundable. Refunded credits are removed from your account.
Email contact@vibepico.com or open a support ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address of your VibePico account and the order number from your receipt. We reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout). Depending on your bank or payment provider, a refund usually appears within 5–10 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email from us.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Changes do not affect refunds for payments made before the change.
